  • Profile Mrs. Cardinale is a trial attorney and partner at Kalfyan Merjanian, LLC, where she focuses her practice on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice matters throughout California and Colorado. She has extensive experience handling complex cases involving traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and serious back injuries. Mrs. Cardinale is known for building strong client relationships and prioritizing clear, consistent communication throughout every stage of litigation.

    Prior to entering civil practice, Mrs. Cardinale clerked at the Monterey County Superior Court. She is admitted to practice law in California and Colorado. She is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association. In addition, she is a certified mediator and holds a real estate license.

    Committed to service both professionally and personally, Mrs. Cardinale volunteers her time as President of her Homeowners Association and participates in various pro bono legal matters.

    Outside of her legal practice, Mrs. Cardinale enjoys spending time with her family and maintaining an active lifestyle. Her interests include playing sports, paddleboarding, visiting the beach, and keeping up with her two children. She also enjoys cooking and entertaining friends and family. A Northern California native, Mrs. Cardinale is a dedicated fan of the San Francisco 49ers and San Francisco Giants.
  • Education Mrs. Cardinale earned her Juris Doctor from Monterey College of Law, where she was an active member of the Heisler Moot Court Program and served as President of the Student Bar Association. During law school, she also volunteered on the Small Claims Advisory Panel, assisting low-income litigants with small claims proceedings at the Monterey Superior Court.

    Mrs. Cardinale received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
